Made to Order — Worth the Wait
Every Dart Frog piece is made to order, which means it's created just for you. We don't hold stock — we make it fresh, so please allow time for production before your order ships.
Production Time Allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and quality-checked before it leaves our end.
Delivery to Australia Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–5 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days (standard) or 5–12 business days (express).
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use it to follow your order's journey.
Delays We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, production or carrier delays can occur — especially during peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll sort it out.
